There are several visits, based on different themes, coherent with the permanent art collections : Belgian art from the 19th and 20th century, (impressionism, neo-impressionism, expressionism, surrealism), posters...
Duration : 1 hour
Cost : 50€/15 students + entry fee (free up to the age of 18 and for art students). Supervisors: free for maximum 2 accompanying/15 students.

Guided visit "My Own Collection"
From 12 to 14 years old
Could you be a great collector? Discover the magnificent collection of works compiled by Caroline and Maurice Verbaet and choose your favourites to create a personal mini catalogue.
Activity
The exhibition tour focuses of the theme of ‘collecting’. Why do we collect things? How is an art collection created? What is the criteria for choosing the work? During this discussion, students are encouraged to select 3-4 works that they would include in their own mini catalogue of the exhibition. Creative work begins in the museum and ends with educational teaching including a variety of techniques such as drawing, painting and collage.

- Put forward and defend personal opinions and tastes with reference to artworks.
- Identify types of expression and art.
- Articulate ideas about a particular piece of art.
